Get Up & Dance! Parent & Child Class Sitting/Crawling – 8 years; 30 minute class for children to stimulate coordination skills, listening skills, balance, music interpretation, creative movement and motor development.
Tiny Tots Ages 2 – 3 ; Teaching basic body movement and physical communication. To help children with personal discipline, physical control, group cooperation, problem solving and to expand their love for dance.
Tap – Developing fine motor skills learning rhythm and tempo from basic to advanced steps.
Hip Hop – A fast paced upbeat atmosphere along with age appropriate high-energy street movements ranging from old school to new school hip hop.
Ballet – Concentrating on technique, strength, posture, rhythm and musicality.
Jazz – Consists of floor stretches, leaps, turns and dance combinations. While working on placement and technique, ballet is encouraged as it does help with core movement.
Contemporary – A genre that allows one to create a unique style. Pulled from modern and ballet but more of a free flowing form of dance with elements of modern, jazz, ballet and lyrical.
Acro – Combines classical dance techniques with precision acrobatic elements. It is defined by its athletic style, its unique choreography, which seamlessly blends dance and acrobatics
